Instructor: Rowan Stander

Rowan is AFAA CPT, Safe–Sport Certified. Fitness has always been a part of Rowan’s life so teaching others how to be fit and exercise properly is something that comes naturally. Participants will receive functional training emphasizing compound and isolated movements resulting in the improvement of your strength and conditioning.

Friday 12:30pm-1:30pm-Cardio Strength Circuit

Instructor: Beth Brooks

Beth is certified in Body Attack, CXWorx, Pound, Group Exercise, CPR/AED First Aid. Beth’s session combines upper and lower body strength moves with cardiovascular work to keep your heart rate up. This fun, challenging class is designed for all fitness levels. You will have a blast and walk away with a sense of accomplishment for the day.
