Personal Fitness Training Class

Instructor: Alex Schutzenhofer, BS, ACSM HFS

These classes are 100% resistance training so you build a lean, toned body faster. You’ll learn how to use exercise bands, abdominal balls, cable machines, dumbbells, and barbells. Alex has over 10 years of training executives and professionals. Alex earned his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2004.

Pilates

Instructor: Stacey Centarri

Pilates may sound intimidating, but it’s an accessible way to build strength in your core muscles for better posture, balance and flexibility. Stacey is the Health and Wellness Director at the YMCA Downtown. She is a certified Pilates instructor and has been teaching for 8 years.
