Personal Fitness Training Class

Instructor: Alex Schutzenhofer, BS, ACSM HFS, Personal Fitness Coach

Alex has over 10 years of training executives and professionals. Alex earned his Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2004.  He is a certified Health Fitness Specialist from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM HFS). Alex has developed an efficient small group training system. Classes are 100% resistance training so you build a lean, toned body – faster. You’ll learn how to use exercise bands, abdominal balls, cable machines, dumbbells, barbells and your own body’s natural resistance for accelerated results. You’ll also learn everything you need to know about nutrition to melt fat and build muscle quickly.


Tuesday  12:00pm-12:45 – Total Body Conditioning

Instructor: Dan Kohler

Dan is a certified NASM Personal Trainer, IKL Level 1 Kettle Bell Lifting Coach, Movant Level 2, Functional Movement Screen Specialist, Ace Group Exercise, CPR/AED, First Aid, Cycle & TRX.

Participants can expect intervals of high intensity cardio and strength training to create a fitness training experience.  This class will improve participants overall fitness, agility, speed and athleticism in this high intensity class. Modifications can be made for all fitness levels but be prepared to push yourself!


Thursday  12:15pm-1:00 – Pilates

Instructor: Trina Sheehan

Trina is a certified AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, Turbo Kick, Zumba Fitness and Mixxedfit instructor. This class is designed to bring you the best all over body workout while moving to a mix of old-school jams and the latest chart-topping hits to get your heart pumping.
